Publishing, mainly in electronic format, papers, articles and reports on the field of Construction and Engineering Law, is one of the activities of CDCI.
Those publications are the result of calls for papers, periodical publications, presentations or conferences on the occasion of events, seminars and meetings of CDCI.
In particular, CDCI releases the following publications:
ACCESS TO CONTENTS
Only CDCI members can have free access to all the publications of CDCI.
For the general public, some of the publications are free, and other part require the payment of a price that is specified in each case.
The publications of CDCI may be downloaded, printed and/or retained by CDCI members and those who purchase them. Intellectual property rights belong, as the case may be, to the author and to CDCI.
Dissemination of CDCI publications, with the exception of those intended for free access to the general public, is not allowed, without prejudice to cites and summaries with educational or research purposes, in the terms set out in Spanish law on intellectual property.
